To browse the catalog please select a section
from the browsing menu at the top of the window, as shown in the image below.
The manuscripts and books are alphabetized by author's last name or by the
title of the book when the author's name was not known. Click on the images
in the catalog for a full screen view in a new browser window. The manuscripts
are cataloged separately from the books. Selecting "Index" will
return you to this page.

Searching Within The Catalog:
- If you know the section your item is in, please select that section from
the Browsing Menu. If you do not know the section you will need to repeat
your search in each Browsing section (Manuscripts, A, B, C ..... etc) until
you find the item you are seeking.
Conducting your search:
- At the top of your browser, select the "Edit" pull down menu.
In the "Edit" menu, select "Find In This Page". (See
Image below) OR you may also select this option
by typing " Ctrl + F".
- Once the "Find in the Page" box has appeared (as seen below) enter
in the text you wish to search for within that page of the Catalog. In the
example
below, we will be searching for an item by the author Rusius so we have selected
the catalog section R from the browsing menu and we have entered "Rusius" into
the "Find Text" box.
- Once you have entered the text you wish to find into the "Find Text" box,
press the find button. Your browser will then search that entire catalog
page for the text you have entered.
- If your text is NOT found it is possible you will have to repeat your search
on a different section of the catalog (for example, in the Manuscripts section).
